Missing In Actions

The last post dates on this blog was July, 30th last year. Come to think of it, it’s been close to 8 months since I last updated this blog..Ouchh… BIG SIN!!

Why am I missing in action?

A lot of things happened within this period and yes I’ve been guilty of procrastination and lack of action. I know, it’s my fault and no amount of money can buy that wasted time.

Do I learn new things?

Certainly! One thing that I really want to mention is joining the 30 Day Challenge 2009 back in last September. In 2008, I attempted this challenge but only manage to go through day10. This year, I’m proud to say that I completed it within 30 Days and make about $50 (within that 30 days) from my niche blog that I set up specifically for this challenge. I still enjoy updating that blog but has since expanded to launch few others.

That 30 days were really tense, but I just keep doing it and making many mistakes a long the way. I did stuffs that I’m not comfortable -> article marketing and lots of writing for the blog post, lense and hub creation. I was so scared when I submit my articles and create my web 2.0 properties but I keep telling myself if I don’t do it now I’ll not do it. I’m thankful for that nagging push inside my head. I don’t know how but I managed to squeeze the time to do the challenge. That experience was priceless

I learn a lot of new things. Most importantly, I learn so much about keyword research and yes that Market Samurai is awesome I invested in it and loves playing with it.

When I started, I don’t know how to find good keywords and terms like long tail keywords, phrase and broad match etc are aliens to me. Market Samurai and those teaching the 30DC really simplified it and I’m very comfortable with it now.

Like I said, I’m guilty of procrastination and as a result I’m way behind my target. I’ve spread myself too thin and because of that none really get done properly…

I’ve been trying to ignite that passion… There is something that’s pushing me for it now and I will make time for it. This time, one thing at a time and no more excuses.

By the way, if you happen to be on my blog these past few days, I think you’ll notice different themes every day. I’ve been trying to update the blog and the themes. I want something that’s easy to maintain and I think the one that I’ve now suit me very well.

I’ll be updating this blog more often from now on..not every day..more like every week. I’ve some project that I’m working on right now and my target for this year is to get more products out and make use of the knowledge that I gain. Time to take action…start rolling baby
