Links inside docstoc document is no longer live

I’m not sure if you realize this but there has been new changes to docstoc recently. If you have been using docstoc to get backlink to your site then these changes will affect you. If you check the materials that you posted there, you’ll see that all links inside the documents hosted on docstoc are no longer live.
You can see the links but you can no longer click on them.
You can still have your site links inside your docstoc profile but you’ll no longer be getting linkback from your documents. I might be wrong but if the link is no longer clickable, doesn’t that mean they will no longer linking back to your site? It doesn’t matter if it anchor text link or full http site link. All of them have been disabled 
So, what should you do now? Hmmm.. there are other document sharing sites that you can use, mainly slideshare, DocShare and a few others. If you searched further I think you’ll see more options for document sharing site that you can use. I used Scribd before but I haven’t checked them out for quite a while. Not sure if they still allow outgoing links.

Suriati, I know exactly what you mean. Had a few documents with links on it and i found out that it wasn\’t working, was pretty bummed since they get a lot of views. But Docstoc changed it back recently, now all the links are enabled. I checked and everything is back to normal

You’re right. I checked mine and now the links inside the docs are working. Only the one inside the footer not clickable.
I dont know what happened to docstoc recently. . My old docs there has my affiliate links in it embedded with anchor text. . They are still showing up on google. . But now when I try to upload docs with web links in it, docstoc is not publishing them. . They are getting ghosted within seconds. . If I didnt put the website links in the same docs it works and are published. . Anyone know whats the problem?
